Yes — Karusha ships to over 47 countries. All pieces are fully insured, trackable, and dispatched in our signature packaging with a certificate of authenticity.
Typically 6–10 weeks from design approval to delivery. Complex pieces or rare stone sourcing may take a little longer — we'll always give you an honest timeline upfront.
Every significant stone comes with a GIA or GRS certificate of authenticity. We can also provide Vedic gemstone reports for those guided by Jyotish principles.
Yes, by appointment. We welcome collectors who wish to see where their piece is made. Contact us and we'll arrange a private viewing of your commission in progress.
We offer a lifetime care service for all Karusha pieces — resizing, replating, stone tightening, and polishing. Get in touch with details of your piece.
We work primarily in 22K yellow gold (our heritage standard), 18K yellow, rose and white gold. Platinum settings are available for selected pieces on request.
Absolutely. For bespoke commissions, we'll curate a selection of stones matching your brief and share videos and certificates before any stone is chosen.
For commissions above £3,000 we offer a staged payment structure — typically 50% on commission confirmation and 50% before dispatch. Contact us to discuss.
