Where Ancient Earth Meets Eternal Beauty
Each stone a universe. Each jewel a prayer.
Handcrafted in the ancient tradition of Rajasthan,
for those who carry the sacred within.
Karusha was born from a lineage of master gem-cutters in the Pink City of Jaipur — craftsmen whose hands have shaped sacred stones for royalty, temples, and those who seek to adorn themselves with the divine.
The name Karusha comes from the Sanskrit word for "compassion in beauty" — for we believe that true jewellery is not decoration, but a conversation between the earth and the soul.
Every ruby is kissed by Burmese sunsets. Every sapphire carries the cold silence of the Himalayas. Every emerald breathes the forest depths of Colombia. We do not merely sell stones — we offer you a piece of the world's ancient heart.
Three stones. Three vibrations.
Three paths to the infinite.
"A gem is the earth's love letter to humanity, written over a million years and sealed with fire and pressure." — Founder, Ayanna ChhokarCommission a Bespoke Piece
We believe that wearing a gemstone is a sacred act. In the Vedic tradition, stones are not ornaments — they are medicines for the soul, carrying planetary energies that resonate with our own.
At Karusha, we honour this ancient wisdom. Before any stone leaves our atelier, it is inspected by our master gem sorters, blessed in ceremony, and paired with a setting that amplifies its natural frequency.
From the cutting room in Jaipur to your hands — every step is intentional. Every choice, deliberate.
Every stone traced to its origin. No conflict minerals. Ever.
12 artisans, 300 years of collective knowledge passed hand to hand.
Stones paired with intention using ancient Jyotish principles.
Lifetime certificate of authenticity and complimentary care.
A 4.2 carat pigeon-blood ruby from the Mogok Valley of Burma, set in 22-karat gold with hand-engraved paisley shoulders. This piece embodies the Hindu principle of Agni — the sacred fire that transforms and purifies.
Our gem hunters travel to the source — Burma, Colombia, Kashmir — selecting only stones with exceptional fire and clarity.
In Jaipur, our master cutters shape each stone by hand using techniques passed down through twelve generations.
Gold is poured and carved into the setting — each motif drawn from the ancient vocabulary of Mughal and Rajput artistry.
Every piece is blessed in our Jaipur atelier before being sealed with your certificate and dispatched with our care guarantee.
"When I wore the sapphire ring for the first time, I cried. Not because of its beauty — though it is extraordinary — but because of the energy it carries. Karusha understands something no Western jeweller does."
"I commissioned a full bridal set for my daughter's wedding. The Maharani collection was beyond anything I had seen — even at Cartier or Bulgari. This is a different level of artistry."
"The emerald earrings arrived and I genuinely felt they were made for me. The stone quality is unmatched — deep, saturated Colombian green. Karusha has a customer for life."
"As a gemologist myself, I was sceptical. But the Agni Ruby they sent was flawless. The craftsmanship of the setting is museum-quality. I have recommended them to every collector I know."
"I bought the Kashmir sapphire pendant as an anniversary gift. My wife said it was the most beautiful thing anyone had ever given her. Karusha made our moment unforgettable."
